What are binaural beats?
Simply put, binaural beats are two sound waves with differing frequencies placed on each ear separately. The difference of the frequencies results in a number. For example, if one wave is 40 Hz and the other wave is 47 Hz, and both waves are played through headphones (one wave for each ear), the result is a 7Hz wave moving through the brain.
How does this affect the brain?
As the brain is exposed to the sound waves, it becomes entrained and moves into that wave frequency. There are measurable brain waves that create distinct states of mind, therefore, as the brainwaves shift to the introduced wave frequency, the state of mind is altered.

-Genius brain waves
-Higher levels of consciousness
-Extremely fast reaction/decision making
-Hyper concentration and focus
GAMMA WAVES
30-100Hz
-Linear, externally directed left brain thinking
-At higher Hz, associated with stress and anxiety
-Unsynchronized waves
-Useful for short term memory and routine jobs
BETA WAVES
14-30Hz
-Relaxed focus and good health
-Mental coordination
-Long term memory
-Creativity and visualization
-Associated with light meditation
ALPHA WAVES
8-13.9Hz
-Reduced consciousness
-Intuition, deep meditation
-Vital for learning and memory
-High creativity, insights, inspiration
THETA WAVES
4-7.9Hz
-Deep sleep, unconscious
-Growth hormone released
-Loss of body awareness
-Deep physical relaxation
DELTA WAVES
1-3.9Hz
-Experienced in advanced meditation
-Ecstatic states of consciousness
-High-level inspiration and creativity
-Spiritual insight, out of body experiences
EPSILON WAVES
below 0.5Hz
What are Hz?
The term hertz, or Hz, is a way to measure waves in terms of cycles per second. That is, how many wavelengths occur in one second.
Can I hear binaural beats?
When you are listening to pure binaural beats that are easy to hear and feel. When they are mixed in with music it may be difficult to hear separate them out with your ears but easier to feel them.
Why does Telepathy Ultra use specific Hz?
According to studies, peak athletic and general peak performance happens in what is referred to as a Flow State. The brain waves in these states have been measured around 7.5Hz, roughly in between Alpha and Theta waves. The TU album uses this frequency most to induce this state. The intention of the music is to bring the listener's mind into a flow state for numerous benefits, including but not limited to athletic performance, relaxed yet fluid like awareness, clarity of thought, creativity, ease os stress
